Scammers caught on tape!

Guy gets scammed for $40 with bogus story by junkies who claimed they were stranded and needed help to get to their kids which were home alone, he takes perfect video footage of them and even takes down their number. I know some people here are good at finding out info, maybe one of you blackhatters can help locate this lovely couple. Quote from guy is below...

"I was cruising down the road and approached a red light and a frantic woman asked me for money to take a cab to pick up her kids. turns out, this is a scam and she has been going around my town (Brampton and Mississauga Ontario) asking people for money with the same story!If someone runs into her, please make sure to fuck her and her husbands's shit up!

I see a lot of things like this in Indonesia. And I heard also that the "babies" are not the babies for the mothers, and that the "mothers" must "rent" the "babies", and to be able to beg at a busy intersection meaning that you must also pay the "security fee".

I remember some guy stopping me years ago with some car keys in his hand. Said his car had broken down and could he have some money for the bus fare home. Gave him some money and a week later bumped into him again and his car had broken down again. Can't believe I fell for it as I actually believe him just because he had car keys haha.
