hello

i have a Jordan paypal account and verified by jordan visa and I am egyptian
i make this account through HMA jordan servers ( As Egypt is blocked from paypal receive money)

i use HMA jordan server to login to my account and no problem in this

the problem is the HMA blocked my account (and i do not know the reason)

if i login to the Jordan paypal account by the egyptian IP , the account will be limited or blocked?

and if use HMA proxy scrapper and get the only jordan ip exists(and used by alot of peaple),the account will be limited or blocked?

I travel quite a bit and login to paypal from anywhere in the world....even egypt. Never had a problem. I even emailed them a while back and they said it is not a problem, but they may send verification email...they never have

If you are in a sensitive country for paypal it is possible that they will block your account until further verification.Try not to switch ip's in the future

Just get a VPN. It'll keep you always coming from Jordan and you won't have to worry about using a whore'd out proxy. Other than that you'll need to probably scan or hire someone to port scan them for you.

if you will access paypal from another country you will be asked to perform a verification first when you will access the account and the possibility to get your ppl account blocked is very high ! i suggest to get a dedicated ip for this and always use that ip when you are accessing paypal !

If you have not much balance in it, give a try to login using your real network ip.
Only ask verification like add CC no, or any other that you provided for opening account not much problem for providing that
