Contents posted by the users are shared as post in page and the post which is shared highest gets a prize?

Is it legal as per facebook TOS to do so?

I have been lots of likes contests.But what's about share?

Well, you could send your fans/traffic to your site, where you make the contest. On fb alone, you will find too many problems regarding TOS.

I've done myself many "Share this image and like the page to participate in the raffle of (insert anything here)" and never had a problem. Of course that I always deliver, because I've seen also many pages doing this kind of stuff with Iphones, Galaxy and they never deliver.
