website was hit by penguin update, if i disavow all shit links and then do 301 redirect to the new domain, would this be any beneficial for my new website?
I have heard that penalties are passed over with 301 redirection. Do you think i could get away with this, since this was not manual penalty, but just algorithm update caused penalty and also all bad links would be submitted to disavow.

How do you know which links are not good? I mean, Google didn't told you...and I guess you built all the links by yourself, I am sure you don't have organic links. So, how do you know?

Lol just don't go disawoving links like a scared google's b****.

if the links are rubbish , better off just starting again and forgetting about the old site

We aren't even in Post Penguin period and we are seeing these people panicking and shitting their pants... if you do what you say in OP, its like holding a big neon sign to Google saying "hey! I spammed.. a LOT!"

301 worked for me once.after main site got penalized , new domain got the positions back.

I would start over, a new fresh domain and good content and wait for some new seo services beating the update lol

I am no expert, but there are services that do this.

If i had lost some rankings i would do what you say, but since i am totally wiped out of serps i know i wont get back just like that. And i am not taking any action yet anyway.

i have whitehat pages where the whole tier1 was done manual and unique and they are killed.
