Hi! I want to know how i can monetize videos on youtube. What affiliate programs you can recommend? My videos have russians, US and other traffic.

You can become a youtube partner and if you want you can hook it up to your adsense account. You can also add some in video advertisement such as a water mark?

You can also point the youtube traffic to your own site and monetize it via adsense and/or paying offers etc.

Also, some CPA programs will provide youtube-related stuff with great payouts per action. "Download flash video" for example....

You can also charge other youtube channels to either put an annotation on your high traffic videos or links in the description. I'm not sure if there is a network that provides this but you can simple find channels around that you think your traffic could convert well for them and message them with an offer. Most channels are always looking to grow so they'll be likely to be open to convincing if the price is right and opportunity is good for them.
