I was reading about verifying the other day and heard you can verify your paypal if you register for a Rushcard and then link the Bank account details and you get the card and register it. Theres even a thread in here some where talking about it.. I owe paypal money from a few years ago so I just have my mom's details and use her account which isn't verified but I had her grab a rushcard and I'm going to try that route as soon as we recieve the card in the mail..
