No that is not the reason. My other account works just fine. Are there any error logs or something?

On another note, I keep seeing in the lower right hand corner that there is a new version available, but when I download the file it's really the same version.


Looking to make a full purchase but I need these problems fixed--- it does me no good if only one account works.
