Juicyads doesn't support paypal as paypal doesn't partner with porn ads networks and stuff like that. Phone verification only cost when you have to reply back to them in the sms.

you can place their ads on your site and get paid or you can buy ads for your site and get clicked traffic.they sell banner ads,text ads etc.all traffic is clicked.u can see geo and traffic amount for every site you are interested in purchasing ads and many more useful info.

2 weeks ago I've put a juicyads banner on my +18 website and after one day I had 55 clicks and 0.10$, not even 0.01/click so I took off that banner. My traffic is 35% US. Is their payment so low or what?

I had similar luck. They pay less than 10% of income from regular sponsors and they just count around 30% of traffic.

My website is only 3 weeks old, I was just testing juicyads.
I won't put ads on my website only if will grow big.
My traffic quality is really good until now but my website is still growing so in a few months maybe I can place ads and earn some decent money, if not it will be just another project who failed.
And there is no need for you to be rude, I just post my 1 day experience with juicyads.

If you want to earn money on JA you have to put your own banners in there with a HIGH CTR.
Then other people will buy your adspots at your desired price.

I dont know if there are still lots of people buying but that worked best for me a few years back.

Look at the SEO section of BHW and learn how to drive traffic that way.

If you do your due diligence first, you can buy ads from JA instead.

Heard a few people who had decent ROI with that site.
