Is There Any Facebook Group Mass Poster?

Hi,

I would like to know if there are any FB group mass poster tools available with proxy or captcha solving support.

I am trying to post to multiple Facebook groups each day with different accounts. Right now it's done manually. It would be great if someone could point me to a tool that can simplify the process.

How would you make an imacro script to mass post to facebook groups? Because i tried and i can only get it to post when im on a groups page? I just dont know the command or code to make it go to all the groups on my facebook account and post. Could you please help me thanks.
