My personal experience with this:

30+ emails sent, 0 responses - I guess what we're meant to take away from this is that people who are already advertising on Google will have sufficient funds to invest in other offers. Certainly if the creating a one page mobile site for someone does not work for you, you can twist this into a 100 different methods.

I personally would not just trust some random guy e-mailing me out of nowhere with that offer.
You can try writing something like "i am very poor student, i need the money, please let me help you so you can help me, poor economics" etc

Hello, this method seems nice, but I dont get the installing part. You have the files from that guy from fiverr and then what you exactly do? Sry for stupid question.

I would think you get access to their server and uploa the files to Apache (most web servers run Apache)

Really cool idea! The same thing you can do with social media. Contact and offer social media accounts growth. Put the accounts in FL and then its only upsell baby

This is a 100% working method, but been around years but,
the twist is the adwords.

it quick thinking a grate twist , all you do is search for a niche, and then press the google ads posted on the right side of google, send email to that website asking if there intrested in a mobile/phone website , to gain more traffic and increase sales , wait for ansaw....
