A lot of people think College is useless these days...with so many people left with a bunch of debt and no jobs.
Well guess what....the same people will succeed whether they go to College or not. BUT those that do go get an experience that most would kill to have again.
I often battled my professors in College - actually got into a heated argument in class when a business management professor was trying to make some ridiculous point - so I called him out in front of about 200 students. I asked him if he was such an entrepreneur why wasn't he out making money instead of makign $60k a year being a professor. I was young and dumb - I later apologized to him.
Anyway, what I am getting at is this: If you have "IT" then you will be successful.
But...don't drop out. Go to College. They are the best 4 (or 5 if you have a lot of fun)years of your life. The memories, friends, and social skills developed in College are well worth the price.
To this day they are still some epic memories and I would do it all over in a heart beat. You have the whole rest of your life to make money. Also, why not do CPA while in College? I ran a side business in College and always had beer money

I hate when people drop out of college. A lot of people use the excuse that if you have ambition you will make
it either way. And I know people who didn't go to college and succeeded.
With that said, I know far more people who didn't go to college, and are now working dead end jobs for the
rest of their lives. I know guys who went on to start businesses right after highschool, and have been struggling
like hell for the last 10 years. They have no passion for learning, and their businesses suffer from it.
When I was 18, I was a freshman in college. But I was also an "entrepreneur" aka a drug dealer. I wasn't just
dealing drugs, I owned and operated a CDS production facility. So before I even got to college, I was making
about $10,000-$30,000 a month. My first 2 months in college I hated. I thought it was a complete waste
of time.
Right up until a "friend" of mine snitched on me after getting busted, and I got sentenced to 7 years in state
prison. DEA raided my place and everything. Then I was 19 and sitting in prison with a thumb up my ass in
fear for my life everyday I woke up. Fortunately I bailed out after only 2 years when I was 21.
But I'll tell you one thing that experience taught me, which was to never take ANYTHING for granted in life.
50% of the time I was away, the only things I thought about were all my friends in college, having the time
of their life, and my family who I let down so badly. Then the other 50% I spent wondering if I'd ever see a
girl again.
By the time I got out, I went straight back to the college I only got to spend 2 months in as a freshman.
And although it took me 6 years to graduate, I wound up graduating by the time I was 27.
One thing I can tell you, college was one of the few things in life that brought me back to "normal".
Sitting in classes, I'd be in awe. I'd be entertained, excited, and amazed by some of the smartest professors
I ever had. All the attractive women ... trying to get educated.... was a shock on my senses. There was women
everywhere. No longer was I listening to murderers, rapists and gang members... but smart people with
real ambitions in life. And that changed my entire outlook on life. I stopped wearing my hat backwards, and
would put it forwards. I stopped trying to be so "hip", and didn't give a shit about any of that stuff no more.
I started working out hardcore. And since I now had "balls" me and my new friends would spend hours everyday
just talking to women. I was usually the first one to always approach a girl. I'd get girls numbers during class,
after class, during study groups.... it was the BEST fucking time of my life. I didn't even know about PUA's back
then but eventually got introduced into my first PUA organization called the "Central Jersey Lair". It was a frenzy
of hormones and madness. During the day, do homework and work, at night, seduce women.
Anyway, its your life and your choices. And part of me still thinks I learned a lot more about life when I was locked
up, rather than in college. The one thing I learned, more than anything, is to not take anything in life for granted.
If you're focused on making money 24/7... and you do "get rich".... what is that going to change? Is it going to
make you happy? Are you gonna be respected just cause you have money? No way. Are your friends gonna change?
There's a good chance.
I don't want to preach so hard, but sometimes people are way too focused on "getting rich", rather than living
rich lives. And a rich life to me, is one that is full of diversity.

I love how some people think college is essential to succeeding in life. Some people make it seem like you've got no chance of a successful career if you don't go to College. I'm not sure which Country everyone else is from but in the UK, the majority of students going to College are the 'cocky chav' type who don't know what to do with their life so they follow their mates like sheep. They just use it for extra years of socializing. I don't think College is quite what some people make it out to be. Maybe in other Countries it's more important but in the UK, it's optional and free for those under 19, hence why it attracts less motivated people who are just going because they're not sure what to do with their lives. They're the type of people who will have 10 kids by the time they're 20 and will be on benefits because they CBA to work.

I found many people to be very annoying and disagreeable. Students always came in with hangovers on Mondays and would be too intoxicated to learn and therefore we had to work at a slower pace, which I think was a benefit to the teachers as well since they looked like they had been doing crystal meth over the weekends. There was always some cocky loudmouth try hard chav who wouldn't be happy unless they were receiving constant attention from their low-life friends. It was a very depressing time of my life. It depresses me that I waited before dropping out, I thought I would stick it out longer and hope it gets better, it never did. Fortunately those days are long gone.
In my opinion, OP's decision is completely understandable and it's definitely what he should do. In his last journey he hit success, he could have lived off his earnings if he needed to. College for him is boring, so he won't learn anything, so it's a waste of time, he might as well spend his time doing something he enjoys and something he's good at.

In my opinion OP, you should not drop out of college for any reason at all.
I think IM can be done part time and still achieve desirable results, while studying. Trust me, I know.
I have studied both Business Administration and Law at the same time, and found time for IM and every other pleasure.
The key is to be organized!

OP, don't listen to anyone on this thread, including me, it's your decision, not ours.
I'm on my 3rd year myself and I'm hating every minute of it, you like IM, you should do IM, not college stuff that is completely different from reality, they teach you something you can get from torrent books.
If my uni had a good entrepreneurship faculty, I would study it, but I'm on a completely different subject and I'm like a zombie, sitting there for 5-6 hrs daily, why should I do this...
Ofc it's fine when you have a paper called degree to back you up, I don't think passionate & smart IMers will ever need it but nothing is granted, I agree..
If you like College, you can still do IM of course, no reason to drop out than, but if you don't like it, believe me, it's gonna be helluva boring, speaking from experience.
Oh, yea, hanging out with chicks is great, but when someone mentions social skills & good memories, I always get surprised. It helps you live a good life if you love it, but you can get a whole lot better experiences with money in your pocket, if you don't seek a quality life, than you're gonna have an awful one with college or not.
Drop out if you want, you can get everything you're gonna have at college anyway.

Dude, I know exactly how you feel regarding the college thing... I've only been a freshman for less than three weeks and it just feels like a fucking waste of time. I'm going to be spending an average of 7 hours per day during the next four years studying and attending lectures I don't really give a shit about. And where I live, a college degree would make me as much money IM currently makes, so why the fuck bother... I don't know, I'll see how this semester goes and I might just stop attending and only show up for exams(you can do that here) in order to pass. Or, if I save up enough money, I might try transferring to Canada or like Western Europe at least.

to the people telling me to stay in "college" for the socializing and memories,
theres a reason why i specified the fact that ive been going to a community college lol,
imagine a regular university
strip away the dorms
strip away the perky tits
strip away the social aspects and parties
add in a few 50 year olds here and there
add in a bunch of saggy tits
add in a shit load of extreme boredom and agony
and thats what community college is. if any of you have been to a community college you know exactly what im talking about.
telling me to stay in college for a "backup" is like telling me to be scared of taking a risk. I want to go full throttle with IM and college is like putting shackles on my wrists and ankles
yeah, ill go to college if this shit doesnt work out, but thats a last resort. when i say last resort i really mean LAST RESORT. and thats not going to happen, no matter what.

today i pretty much spent all of my time watching videos on making sales videos.
watched a bunch of videos on emotional triggers and making a sales video and shit
then i decided to make a whiteboard animation video, so i got videoscribe and made that,
honestly it was a pretty huge pain in the ass, but it looks fuking sweeet
i just gotta add a voice over and then ill be ready to upload it to youtube and boost it and wait for dem sales
i think ive beeen more productive today than the whole 3 weeks of college i attended.
first day of the rest of my life turned out pretty decent. hopefully i dont get burnt out though.

From my perspective, this is exactly what community college is. You should do great on your journey, just like the last one! Maybe when you have enough, you could study a few subjects at an actual university. But what do I know? I am not even close to the point of college. Good luck, and you should be golden!
