You can spend all your money on all the tools you want, but if you don't know what you're doing, it won't do you any good.
You should learn the basics before spending money on tools.
Trust me there's no easy software that gets you paid with a few clicks, search around the forum and get familiar with SEO sections.

I've used all those tools, and I'd recommend GSA personally. SB can do a lot of stuff GSA can't, but if we are talking about pure link building GSA is a lot better.

I would recommend you making a list of all the benefits of both software's and see for yourself which one is better for what you need.
Some love ScrapeBox and some GSA, so you will be getting different answers all the time, and there are a lot of threads like this, so check them out too.
