Thanks for sharing. Sounds good.
I have seen similar method in some old thread. Anyway thanks This is method still works if done in right way.
Wow, very good method to earn money but if someone do it accordingly to Google guideline then more chances of success.
I read the whole thread to see if the OP posted theme recommendation but he did not mention it at all. Lol
I imagine you can automate this by using a template site for all your target cities and simply changing the city name and domain name, same with template articles; ads positioning and harvesting the emails could be automated as well as sending the initial offer, theoretically you can cover all occupations/cities within days if you automate this.
This completely slipped my mind and I apologize. I'll get these posted soon for you and everyone else who was looking for themes.

I was more thinking of increasing the traffic if at some point I'd sell the site.
Dr. Acula, how many sites do you typically have running at once like this? I'm curious since you mentioned 20 years experience..
I'm not quite sure why you can't just post the name of an appropriate theme (or multiple appropriate themes) for these people who want to know.
Seems to me like it shouldn't take more than 1 second since you have experience with this theme (or these themes). It's almost hard to believe that it slipped your mind, even though it's been mentioned close to 10 times in this thread, and multiple times by you.
I posted part two of this method yesterday in which I posted the themes.

My advice is always rent or go for leads. I've tried leads a few times and never had any luck (although, I suppose I might have had if I'd tried harder). Your typical business either wants to buy or rent - what they're used to. Renting is best and never use the same figure for each business. Find out what their per unit profit is (or get an idea) and negotiate up or down from a portion of that.
