FB Ads no paypal as an new funding source?

Hello, members. I want to fund fb ads account with paypal and I don't have the ability to actually chose paypal in payments ways.
There are only CC and fb coupon funding source available.

What to do?

I open power editor in opera or firefox and it says that power editor supports only chrome.

yes,it supports. At least funding, sending....And in FAQ they say that I can do that.

Another problem i heard of that I can't switch facebook ads currency, and I really can't do that in power editor. Only in normal ads creation.
