how much to analys my niche competitor

Hello,
i need someone who is aware about seo techniques, i need someone who can analys my competitor in niche. And tell me what kind of strategy they use, and the way to do better or maybe "copy" the best one for myself.
my niche is competitive in local french market, full of chinese website blackhat.

Someone know how to beat them? Or at least to perform like they do ? My websites are way better, maybe can help in that's way.

So i need someone to deeply analyse competitor (not like use seoquake, or majestic seo... deeper...), tell me how much technics they use cost in effort/time/$$ etc..

The techniques they apply aren't going to be what you are going to want to use for your legitimate site. If you are having a hard time ranking and have a quality site. I would instead look at paid traffic options.

Honestly, you can DIY using Google analytic and Google kw.
I think unique and proper articles will help you beat them officially. They use blackhat, you do white.
Do it straight with organic backlinks will raise your rank gradually and safe!

Once again i need a deep analsys, i know little bit about seo, i'm not a "pro" in seo field, but i'm succesfully in "internet" business for years already, but i would like to try maybe some "more" blackhat technique for some niche, and see if can be more profitable for me and continu my way to work as i ever do, build a quality website, with quality content, with quality link. but this cost a lot of effort, time, and money.

I think for some competitive niche their is a way to do something less costy. Why not try to rank up with blackhat technic and white hat at the same time. Need someone who know all blackhat techniques. Chinese are not only spam link, they use a lot of 301, weird domain name (hacked? or expired?), spinner. The content is very poor and not even in french, and still they are ranking well for sometime a month.
