I lost from 10 to 30 positions for all my keywords October 1st on a website on which the only blackhat SEO I did was social signals for 5$. I gained everything back this morning.

I can have my opinion if I want to on this forum equally as much as anyone else. and I wasn't being hypocritical. I was open and honest about all activity on all my sites and contributed to this thread for analysis in a hope that others do the same so that we can help each other.

Now I better silence myself before you and your skyrocket mate take my lunch money as well.... grow up mate!

So if I had website with a lot of spun web 2.0s pointing to inner pages of it and then I ordered some gray hat SEO service should for other inner pages to increase their ranking. Should I expect those to rank or should I start over with new website and forget the last one ?

Really? So if I put a link to another page on my site that makes my site black hat? After all even that is link building.

The major difference between white seo and black seo is automation.

Are you talking about real Web 2.0 sites with profile, changed theme, images, videos, outgoing links to other sites than your own etc on authority sites like WP & Blogger or are you talking about some random Web 2.0 available on Rankwyz or similiar with a random name containing numbers and no profile and standard theme?

Some of my friends sites returned to position and a bit better today .. So something's still be rolled out and hasn't finished yet.. I heard in the last update around day 10 of it being "released" many sites that tanked came back stronger.. In some instances people were calling it some kind of algorithm "rollback"

Many people still confuse and dont even know how to differenciate between "gray hat" "black hat" "white hat" and even "pure spam".

Blackhat is pure automated and spun links.

Gray hat is what many people do, it is more quality than black hat, usually using original content for tier 1, and semi automated built.

Pure spam, it is black hat but in thousands and even million of links.

White hat, it is just dping nothing but worrying about on-page seo ( off-page seo does not exist in this group) and social signals.

So, lets see what you call white hat websites, cause I am sure many who call themselves whitehatters, are more like grayhatters.
