You can either install MyBB which is free. Or pay $250 for vBulletin. For a BHW style forum, you'll need vBulletin. It's not that hard to set up, but growing the forum will take a lot of work and patience.

I dont really think it cost a ton to set forums up. Like tree said like $250 for the design and everything. But growing it into bhw is like have an adsense empire making 50k+ a month.

and he still need to know how to make a forum.
even when all info is in bhw footer.
