Yoast Sitemaps and Google XML Sitemaps

I have a question about Wordpress plugins - Yoast Wordpress Seo Sitemaps and Google XML Sitemaps:

It's better if you use both or should I disable one sitemap? I use them both and think do not affect indexing and other problems to appear. What is better?

you only need one, both do the job
so take your pick.
No point in having the extra plugin (less plugins the better)
and yoast does much more than just the sitemap

I do want you to use Google Webmaster Tools. It's an incredible useful toolbox, so please, please use it. If you're not using it at the moment, check out my post on how to use Google Webmaster Tools.

Some people don't like to give Google too much information, especially if they use BH techniques.

EDIT: Just read through the thread, what has your statement got to do with OP's question?

As W130SN said, when you join google webmaster stools, you are telling them you are responsible for such sites. Therefore don't do anything black hat on those properties, if you expect to remain up for more than a few weeks.
