@niroshana35 I was using chrome with foxyproxy for the switcher. The first proxy i used worked fine and than all the others did not work. I submitted a few tickets and would have been fine working with you to either get new proxies or figure out the issue with mine. Instead you did an auto refund, which is fine, but I really needed the proxies to work more than the refund.

So does using chrome and foxyproxy not work with you proxies? When I enter the the proxy into foxproxy and select that proxy to use a box comes up asking for my user and pass. I enter in the user and pass but the box asking for that info just keeps popping up over and over as if the password is wrong. Let me know where the issue was in my using the proxies?

Thanks for the update, we're using foxyproxy addon with firefox and they works well with our proxies (as I guess foxyproxy addon for chrome will also works in the same way if there is no difference) and there is a option where you can enter Username + Password when you create a list of proxies in foxyproxy settings after that it's not required to enter them again and again but you can just set and forget, please check the attachment or this screenshot :

Our private proxies are semi dedicated and we haven't mention them as dedicated anywhere, according to my knowledge
