Use Page/Account as centralized hub for content (leads to conversion etc).
Scripts/Software to auto fave (twitter) and likes (FB comments/threads). Each one are essentially an impression on each network. Conversion to someone even going to your page is low, but if you do it on scale it is a legitimate and non-harmful way to accrue legitimate followers/likes if you do it with nice targeting / filtering.
Here's a quick method for twitter I use:
Tweet about a topic with #hash, wait for someone to fave that tweet (they are probably using FollowGen etc). Go to their profile to see if they have a large follower base. If so, then scrape their follower list. Filter the list by accounts that have tweeted within the last 7 days, favourite their latest tweets and follow any who have follow-back behaviour patterns. All of that can be auto-mated and bring legit followers easily...
