I know there are web2.0 providers that will suspend your account for spam - I believe squidoo did at one time (or was it hubpages )

It could be copyright not voilation or some other issue.The reason must have been provided buy the domain provided why did they suspend your domain.

Never happened to me, but I have seen threads around here where people have had problems with their webhosts after people had made complaints.

No way, that can't happen. Most likely it would be because of some sort of trademark violation or restricted content such as music or film torrents (that happened to me on dreamhost VPS I think)
