If you want to index any site fast RSS is the way to go, I have done myself many times and got my sites indexed in 24hrs.
Peter Drew has a great ebook he brought out about it and gave you step by step on how he does it, using the web2.0 sites and rss feeds.
I was using senuke for about 8 months but the exchange rate changed it was costing me over 150 a month thats why I gave it up and to buggy as well.
You can use yahoopipes to create mixed feeds, and you can also use peter drews rss to merge feeds at badrss.com. The go and add these feeds as well.
I have found software that now submits to about 30 rss sites from incansoft called RSSbot. They had a special running and I got it for 7.77, there was a special a few days ago again where you could get all their software for 7.77 not sure if it is still running but try this discount code 48HOURS you may still get it. They also have a socialbooking site submitter and a directory submitter, I bought most of their software to replace senukes and their software works great.
If you have a blog you can create 6 different feeds off your blog, 3 using www ending with feed, rss, wp-rss.php, then you submit without the www and the same 3 endings. You now have 6 different urls for your blog. This was a tip out of Peter drews book. Oh and don't forget to get the plugin for your blog adsense for feeds plugin since using that plugin I have been making money from adsense in all my feeds.
I average 50 visitors aday just from my feeds according to my awstats which is not to bad since thats all I have done with some my sites added them to rss feed sites.
