I have some High PR country domains with high Domain Authority number. (some PR2 and PR3, PR4, 2xPR5, PR7)
Also some people asked me for link in sidebar and links from articles.

So, my question how much those links worth, please sugest me some price.

Is it better to charge one time payment or monthly?

Tree Fiddy...

In all seriousness though, it all depends on you and your clients. How much are they willing to pay? If it's a legit PR7, which I'm still not too sure I believe, you could probably get an easy $xxx for a homepage link.

which country ?
some with real PR or all fake ?

If it is a legit PR7 and PR5, you won't be posting this thread.

I don't really think he would be posting this thread if he knew otherwise.. Not necessarily profiting from them if he's asking now is he?

Like BlackHatHustla said, go for the subscription.

As for your original question - Google a bit and see what other people are charging.
If you work in a saturated niche it's worth a lot more than otherwise.

In the end - the links are worth exactly the amount webmasters (in your niche) are willing to pay.

Also at the minute PR really isn't something to go by. There hasn't been an update in around 8 months. I'd look at other metrics for the domain. If it has lost the links that helped gain that PR i would max it out now. Sell guest posts or sell the domain off.

real ones that had real sites go even for few ks if they are PR5+
usualy PR5s or PR4s with ok liunk profiel are between 150-400

As others have said pr is an aspect of a domain that is valued. As there are so many other factors it is pretty hard to put a price on an unknown without knowing the other variables.

PR 7, Domain Authority 51, mozRank 5.56, MozTrust 5.92, External Backlinks 31,348, Referring Domains 571, Referring IPs: 431, Referring Subnets: 364
