My website (trafficyup) is 4 months old. How many directory submission should i do daily? Please give your feedback.

There is no limit, however i suggest you your time in other from of link building than directory submissions, past few years Dirs lost its power and in 2013 in at the bottom of list in link building.

Don't waste your time with directories.
Better focus on high quality backlinks.
Grab some expired domains and create a small blog on them.

Don't waste your time with them. Aim for Quality backlinks first and start off with building some web 2.0s

Forget about directories unless it's a local directory and high authority.
You'll end up disavowing then in the future. Trust me. Submit only to these authority directories if you still insist: Yahoo Dir, BOTW, DMOZ.

Directories are dead
only good for local businesses

Directories are not as powerful as they used to be but they are a part of my seo efforts and I believe they work well. Stick with directories that target your niche or at least have your niche category. I have very competitive keywords that I build for and many of the top guys (top 5 1st page Google) are using directories. You need to build on many different platforms to put a site at the top and stay there, keyword "stay there". Anyone can link blast a site and get to the first page, Google gets tricked into thinking the site is popular, problem is it only last for a week or 2....if that long. How do think all these guys make money that are claiming they can get you to the first page for x amount of dollars.....they can, the problem is they don't tell you that it will gone in a week and probably penalized....

Spread your submissions over a fortnight, and you'll have no problem. Just make sure that when you submit your site to niche and regional directories, you only submit to relevant ones. Anything else is a waste of your time, and the directory owners will see it as spam.

There are many other things to consider besides raw PR of the pages linking back to you.

Directories are still useful and it is the best method of optimizing some low competitive keywords.

When you do directory submission, use fresh description, vary titles (anchor text), it would help a lot.

Do 200 submissions on weekly basis, your 200 submissions would be getting approved and you would get slow link naturally throughout the week.

Better use fiverrr for directories submission once and than focus on contextual HQ niche links and social buzz - they are works

In my view, do only few directory submission daily and choose directories visly that all directories are indexed in google or not, use high PR & high alexa directories and most important try to find good old directories...

Directories Submission are the not working now for SEO, After the last updates content is the King and should connect with high quality links.

Agreed, also check for site authority. Pretty big aspect of directory submission.

If you're gonna do it just drip feed them and be sure where you're submitting (avoid the crap ones).
