I dont think you can do much about this traffic unless your article or your news gets into their page. You cant post comments with links AFAIK in those news site
 
aren't you think you are hit too high :) ? just my two cent's ... think about which companies running such sites .... and make the homeworks before to try to play with them .
 
why would you want to spam them....it will get taken down asap
 
dress up like osama and read your advertisment video tape it add some bomb sound effects and gun shots then change the launguage to middle eastern and email the video to CNN or FOX and they'll translate it and put it on the air lol but then u might have to deal with the police and the FBI ...... wait dont you have to deal with them for spamming anyways? WHY SPAM IT DONT WORK UNLESS UR A GOD AT IT.
