That is not entirely true, here is the email that you sent

"we will refund right away no problem. We have the money waiting for you. We only ask to please edit comments saying we have fixed and issue we had together because that is what we will do. Once done full refund now"

I have only posted comments that are true. You were the one offering a "45 day challenge" with money back if no results after 45 days. I have not received any positive results but have received a negative result with a Google "manual spam action" so my website is worse now than if I would have done nothing at all. I have politely asked for my money back for several days now to no avail. You know my PayPal information since I have contacted you through then also but you have chosen to ignore that. If you are not willing to honor your guarantee directly I will take it up with PayPal and ultimately with my credit card company that I used to fund the PayPal transaction with.
