Looks like I got the last review copy... power shock for 5 keywords I'm not on the map for. This is a site that hummingbird stuck it's sharp little beak into and clobbered with a manual spam action. I've moved the site to a new aged domain with a 301 redirect so I'm starting from scratch on the new domain.

Will let you know how it goes.

Results are presented below:

As you can see there is no SERP movement at all.
The website was out N/A and still is N/A. I added some random long tail keyword to check if it is not penalized.
