Yes, you can run any software but again, they are high resource consumes so you will be needing more resources for your VPS if you want them to run at higher threads which will build you more backlinks.

In that case, I would suggest you to go with VelociRaptor Two plan which would be perfect if you're planning to run both the tools at the same time. But at any point of time, you can startup with a low plan and upgrade whenever you want since our upgrade billing in on pro-rata basis.

Yes, it's perfect for your needs. You get 1 IP address per VPS but you can buy as many IPs as you want. Anything higher then 5, you will have to fill out our justification form.
