Hey, Linkbucks vs Adfly Advertisment is better? And why?

I will promote new project (funny website) and if I turn on adfly or linkbucks advertise, what I can expect like any result?

Pop-up or Intermission advertising is better?

use adfly / linkbucks if you are desperate for views from overseas, don't expect leads, moreover convert. I think it's a waste of money.
Try adsense.

You must use link shrinkers it in situation, where user is clicking on link, because he want to click on it. Because there is someting behind what he want to get.

linkbucks was not bad if you use it smartly. I used to run many of my campaigns it worked me well.

I used adfly for 1 year and it worked like a charm for me but now i don`t see the problem all my traffic it`s not repported on the link

I can't see why adfly kind of traffic wouldn't convert IF you have right offer with good and VERY interesting landing page.

That been said, I haven't tested it, but I will test.

Now you need to understand that it doesn't targeted traffic (only country targeted) and you have only 5sec to make your visitor to stay.

So offer must be mainstream and your headline must be superb.
