a user by the name of GroovinMind joins the forum on 3/16/2012. he later receives an infraction on 4/28/2012. to remedy this, he ditches his old account and registers a new one on 4/30/2012 called CosmicSoundz, and then continues to use this account to become a jr.vip and open a BST.
so the question now is, how should this person be dealt with?
