I put some stuff that I got from beltal on ebay 3 days ago. I got an email from an ebay user the following day asking me to remove the items, because they are "fakes". He threatened to call the police and shit and I simply told him to fuck off. Today, 3 mins before my auction ended, he bid on them all with an alternative account. I quickly went and deleted all of his bids and blocked him from bidding. 2 minutes and a half later, he logs in with yet another alt. and bids on 3 of my items. Of course, I wasn't quick enough to repeat the procedure so he got 2 of them and immediatley left me negative feedback.

I reported him to ebay as he was misusing the feedback system. He couldn't have possibly gotten the items in 5 minutes, of course. Do you think egay will care and actually remove the negative feedback? If not, what else can I do?

They should be able to do something since there wasnt enough time for him to even receive the items. They wont remove the negs...just have them not count against you.

wow I hate Dbags like those.

good luck and keep us posted on what happens

If I were you I'd call them and resolve this. You have a far better chance of resolving this in your favor if you call them than doing this by email.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I'll keep you posted.

Yeah, he isn't selling any of his own so his 'douchebag-ery' isn't even justified.

I got an email from ebay support today that they removed the negative feedback. Everything is fine now. I just want to deal with this bastard before I relist any of items.

I have his address and name and he was stupid enough to use the same info on all of his accounts. I gave the info to ebay so they'd check for other alt. accounts, so that I can block them in advance. I just hope they come through.
