Question Regarding Paypal permissions and Payoneer Credit Card

i have Paypal with negative balance
and verified that paypal with my payoneer Master Card (in Past)

My question is if my paypal account get negative balance and payoneer have Zero balance what paypal will do in that situation .... ?

Should i load $$$ in my Payoneer card to use it to buy things online or paypal will automatically deduct all that loaded amount to clear their negative balance ?

please advice me anyone fall in such situation ?

( i just want to use my payoneer without paying the negative balance to paypal )

PayPal will try to cover the negative balance using the funds on your Payoneer card, but it will only attempt to take the whole amount. It will not try to split the negative balance in smaller fractions to cover it.

So, basically, if you have $-100 in PayPal and $90 in Payoneer, you are safe, as PayPal will try to charge the full $100 and get a rejection from Payoneer. However, if you have more on the Payoneer card than you owe to PayPal, it will take the money.

Just remove your card from PayPal. Once that is done, they can't charge you.

are you sure about that ? it is your thinking or it happened with you practically ?

i want to receive my cash on payoneer from infolinks but i have doubt that paypal will get that from my card and the amount is lower then the negative balance am receiving on payoneer. is it safe

That is my personal experience when a buyer did a chargeback and left me with negative balance in my PayPal account. Whenever I had less money on my card than I owed to PayPal, it would try to charge me for the full amount every week or so. Since it was not possible, they kept sending me e-mails like "On <date> we tried to charge your card ending XXXX" and so on. They only got the money when I placed enough funds on my card to cover the balance.
