Just wanted to post an update. I've been using the AM plugin for a few weeks and it's been a huge time saver on creating post. Not only have I been using it for the intended 2.0 creations but I've set it up also to do my blog commenting where I post on high pr blogs. It works great and I'm very happy with it. I've manually changed the username/subdomain, due to subdomain/username being too long. How can I reflect this do that it remembers the correct credentials for posting?

Also, how do I export account details/previous posts/no. of posts

Editing user info will be available in the next version. If you want, you can export your profile open the json file in a text editor and edit the stored user details and then re-import the profile. If you are not used to look at data files it might be a little tricky. Otherwise you will have to wait for the new version.

Further, I am experiencing a new issue:

I tried to change the username/domain in the profile management. I save it, then go to new blogs to sign up. When I try to fill in the forms it is still completing the fields with the username/domain of my previous settings. I've tried clearing browser and reinitializing the plugin. Nothing works so far.

Do not export everything it is a total backup. Just export the single profile with the "Export profile" option.

In the next version you will not need this workaround as there is a new option to edit the stores data. Here is a sneak peak:

That is actually not a bug, but a feature. Autofill Magic will store your username for you, this is what makes it possible to spin and randomize your usernames, so it is very beneficial. You need to "Delete stored user info" from the toolbar button menu to get rid of the stored values.

Ok I understand.

I had spun usernames in my previous settings and spun usernames in the current settings.

So if I delete the 'stored user info' will autofillmagic still remember the profiles I made previously? I wouldn't want to lose them.

No, you should create a new Autofill Magic profile for each new project. Profile actions > New profile

I have been using Autofill Magic for a few weeks, and I would like to say that it does what it say and more.

I was using Zenblog (template in ZennoPoster) to do my automated Web 2.0 postings before and while it is 'easier' to use, I found it difficult/tedious to customize the look of the web 2.0, add personal info, delete default posts and make the Web 2.0s more 'legit' loooking. So, I am very glad to chance upon Autofill Magic. I signed up for the trial and even before my trial period ended, I know I will get this. Which I am really glad I did!

Ability to use other sites for AM works ok. Now, if we can create "Notes" for sites not included in the supported sites, so we can also do one-touch add new post, one-touch go to home page, etc..it will be super!

Now, support-wise, turn around time for support questions and issues are less than 24 hours and bugs found are solved pretty fast. Its a good feeling when the developer is listening to his customers, not all software devs are like that.

It is a bug. Nothing you can do. We will of cause fix it as soon as possible.

Go to your add-ons and update the plugin. It's already released. Other than proxy and auto login bookmarks I'm not sure what the new features are.

NEW VERSION: Autofill Magic 1.7.0

The new version is out.

We are really excited about this new release. The new auto login feature will save you tons of time and the support for proxies and auto cookie deletion should keep you safe with many profiles. Feel free to leave some feedback.

Here are the highlights:

• Support for proxies.
• Auto login from notes menu and bookmarks.
• Option to edit stored user info from the tool bar menu.
• Option to clear cookies (logout) when changing profile (new checkbox in settings).
• Option to edit/delete collected links (just edit them straight in the list).
• Bugfix. Export everything now works again

To update simply reinstall from the website or use Firefox build in update feature.

There was a slight problem with the notes after the release (some icons where not displayed).

Just restart Firefox and it should fix it.

Some sites had trouble with auto login.

Should be fixed now. Only flash based sites and a few other sites unable to auto login. If so it is mentioned in the notes.

Please reinitialize Autofill Magic or restart Firefox is you are having issues with the auto login feature.

Good job with the new version. Really like the edit account info per site. But when i generate bookmarks i only get 50, on another comp earlier today only 30.
