@OP
this is just a little helpful advice about how to possibly deal with this situation.
There is a common theme is this BST thread, that your service may represent
good value for money - for those that recieved it that is;
however, there seems to be a certain amount of discontent from your existing customers,
which is a pity, because I also wanted to place a large order with you, and yet
I am unsure as to the expectancy levels.
Could you please perhaps post in this thread how you intend to remedy the situation for your existing customers?
and then be able to attract more new and repeat customers.
If it is the situation that you are too busy at present,
then first off, DO NOT take on any new clients for a period of time, then
give a realistic timeframe of when you will be able to complete existing orders,
or otherwise issue refunds as you see fit;
and then re-start with new orders.
This is probably the most practical solution, imho,
because by not updating the thread,
your integrity etc might be called into question,
and it could easily end up in the shit list section.
To avoid all that, please consider my ideas outlined above,
and let us all know what is happening, because if you are not
going to get it sorted anytime soon, I will place my business elsewhere.
Thankyou
