Newbie trouble

I'm new here. I have a suggestion about updating a rule. The rule for newbie -"Sorry , You Can't Send PM until You Have 15 Posts" is troubling me.

As I wrote before, I just got here...so, I don't have any posts right now. I have an important PM in my inbox and it's pretty urgent to reply that message. But I can't. So, I gotta have 15 posts now to be able to reply. But if I try to do that in a hurry, some posts will be irrelevant.

So, I would suggest to update the rule so that the limit is just for sending PM for the first time, not for replying. Hope you understand...

Don't push it, first read some stuff, post something, try to get to know some BHW members and after that you can think of sending out PMs and changing BHW rules

An frankly 15 posts is not that much.

to cut down new members joining to make post spam.

It's just a suggestion considering my situation. I'm not forcing anyone. And I'm not here to prove my importance too soon. Thanks.

Try to visit BHF everyday and read the latest threads. Try to share your thoughts and once you know it, you are way past the limit!
