How to manage online jv

Hi everyone,

I am going to make a joint venture with one of online mates (we met through forum). Both are not so experienced but we plan to put each 2-3000$ to do business online together (buy sites, invest in SEO etc)

The problem is we haven't done this before. We need to create an working platform which give both the same right so that we can avoid any risk. We are not real life friend or some level of trust who can rely on only one person's decision.

If anyone has experience please kindly guide me the following:

1. How to create a common account to put capital in? (best if we have equal right and permission)
2. How to balance the income in future (supposed we both have adsense and other affiliate accounts)

first thing is to create a joint bank account which is rather hard seeing how you're not from the same town...

get a 3rd party involved, one who you can both trust, if you met here ask a BHW mod to hold your money (for a fee of course) ... it slows things down but that's the price of safety and security

Your advice is very helpful except for one thing that it depends heavily on personal matters.

It seems there is no professional service on the internet for that, right? If I am wrong please guide me.

When buying sites, we have a thirdparty service like escrow and I thought there is the same service for online joint venture.
