Hey so I recently did a test run with vita rank. I was impressed at first with their offerings. I understand you are upset, and please know that this is a VERY fixable problem! Its not too late to salvage your website and rankings. Please PM me and i'll go through your website personally. We will also honor our guarantee and keep working for free until you rank!

Just so you are aware, you DO have an on site report that comes with the service. Its embedded into your link building document. Check each month you get a new one.
