Hi Guys!

i am looking for a web designer to create a website for me...

website is for MiniBus hire service... google: hire minibus or taxi , u will get dozens of websites, i want a similar website but with better and clean design and layout

regarding Payment: what most of the sites do is when clients wants to do advance booking, they fill out the form about travelling details, time, no. of passengers etc. and send, then the company replies back to client with quotations and after that the client pays...i will also go with same method of getting paid otherwise if u have better idea than u can use that to get payments from clients for their bookings...

i want to integrate the payment system with 2checkout

My budget is 100$ for this website...

You need a design, a framework, and a script developed for 100$? I guarantee you'll find someone to do it and get scammed. Just don't pay them upfront. That's a $500 project easy.

no booking script, plz understand what i have written, i just want simple form on my site with booking details which customer fills out and send to me, then i reply him back with prices for his booking, this is what others are doing, i mentioned if u have better idea than this u can use that, i hvnt mentioned anywhere that i want a booking system or script for that

If you need to go on the cheap, it would be more feasible to select a clean free WP theme, and just use a simple web form with Paypal plugin for a monetization funnel. If you must hire out, at least then it would be easier to get it built more cheaply (on the order of say $200-$250). Also, the keyword needs to be good for traffic purposes, 'dozens of places on the web' is not a sign it is good for SEO traffic.

i havn't mentioned anywhere that i want booking system or script...i have also mentioned in my post that i will be using 2checkout for payments so where do u see that i want my payment system?

If it's a basic set up, I think the price can be accepted.
However, it's just a empty site. You have to do the rest: posting, decorating, design the banner...etc
