Maybe a good idea is to check the list first to see if the company is on there. If it isn't, then probably no need to spend time testing your method. If the company is on the list, then your method would be worth trying.

Don't quite understand what you mean. lol. Maybe I should have listed the thread as "knowing if your item is safe to list". Regardless if it's on the list or not this method is a great one to use, and I used to build my solid income, and still use it today.

Definitely some good tips here and is worth doing. I'll clarify my previous post. In order to determine if an item is VERO or not, you mention the process that you take by watching other Sellers Auctions to see if the listings get removed. But if the Company Brand Name of the product that you wish to sell is not on the VERO list of companies, then it should be safe from being removed because of a VERO violation. Or could it still be removed if the company is not on the VERO list? If the company is on the list, then it would be a good idea to spend some time monitoring other sellers auctions to see how active the Brand Name company is on monitoring Ebay auctions and reporting VERO violations.

This is only my thoughts. I have no experience with VERO. You are master of the ebay universe compared to me. Lol

I was about to order some original iPhone 4 Battery Cover cases with the Apple logo on it. Couldn't see Apple on the list of Vero companies. Which was very surprising. Thought I found a product that I could sell lots of. Checking completed listings, there were some sellers in Great Britain that were selling dozens a day. One listing showed a little over 6,200 sold. But there were no listings in Canada or the USA! Just in Great Britain!

So I did some Google Searching on Apple and Vero. Turns out, Apple is one of the worst companies for VERO. They report and take down over 1000 listings every day. Anything with the Apple logo on it. And, anything that even closely resembles one of their products.

Right! This method works for High Risk Items in general! So if you apply this you will have a better understanding of what to, and not to sell! Be careful out there, and let the odds forever be in your favor!

As mentioned earlier, Terapeak is good for finding Vero'd shit. Just wish Terapeak weren't so expensive!
