If you can try trafficvance, don't do bingo or casino offers. try to stick to higher paying ovvers $40 +
 
check blog of luke from peerfly.
you can find their journeys there with ppv traffic and can be a good inspiration
 
Been doing some research and found that trafficvance requires your LP to be 775x435.
So when you are direct linking the offer, how do you go about it?

How did you manage to earn so much when you only have 11 days of experience? I have not earned anything at all after a few months. I have tried all sorts of split-testing and different keywords, but nothing has worked.

I did not find dating offers or casino offers to work.

I been doing ppc for over 9 years, and just starting PPV now. just lucky I guess

IMO You're trying to go to far too fast... Your lander should be focused on getting them to click on it and take them to a squeeze page... asking for the email right away is likely a huge turn off... get them to your page.. give them a GREAT tip and if they want to learn even better tips then grab the email.

I tried to build an email list with adult traffic and the results were terrible. I am assuming based on your landing page that you are using adult traffic for this; the fact is no guy with his junk in his hand is going to want to read an ebook. They only signup to sex dating sites because they think their going to get laid that same day. I suggest making a lander for one of those sites and sending the traffic there.

i can use Leadimpact but what's better to promote CB products of CPA offers ??
and is the best to post the direct link or using LP
