I have a small personal blog network with all my sites hosted on shared hosting and whois privacy. What I would like to know and can't understand is why some of the links show up in majesticseo and the others don't. Some links have shown up within days whildt the others even after months don't appear. I would really like to make sure every link counts and if thee are any ways to improve the indexing rate I would like to know. Would using a backlinking service such as backlinkindexer or indexification speed up the process of getting my links indexed.

If your network sites are on WordPress install the Google XML Sitemaps for Video plugin and then make sure you have a video on every page your want indexed. Works incredibly well and incredibly fast.

It just means that Majestic SEO hasn't indexed those sites I believe. I would see if Google spiders are hitting those pages on your network (where you have your links). If so then your links are probably being counted by Google. That's what is really important.

All the sites are running o wordpress and I installed google xml video sitemaps already but only added one video to the first post. Good idea to add a video to each post. @dealhunter. How to check that the google spiders are checking each post. Is there a plugin I can install

I am not sure if there's such plugin. Basically there's no need to track it.. Just check your apache logs or awstats and if you see the bot coming multiple times a day, then it is actively scraping all of your urls
