Just wanted to give a heads up to people who are thinking of ordering this. I was ranking quite well for all my keywords, i only had 2 of my keywords with these guys. Initially i got hammered for one of my keywords. The two were not supportive at all, not responsive to my messages up until i said i want a refund and then they finally replied. Even now they reply to what they want ro. I had requested to get the anchors changed a few days ago and they dis not do that up until yesterday i believe. Now my ranks for all my keywords have completely disappeared And this was an important site of mine. I actually asked them and explained my situation to them beforehand, they said yeah yeah its all safe. And now they say yeah theyre not safe. I poured alot of money into this project now i have to start from the bottom. No comms, and the service itself obviously isnt reliable. Anyone looking to use this, do NOT direct the links to your money site, and be wary of their comms but just my 2 cents, do not purchase this.

I am sorry that I was not able to immediately assist you and give dedicated assistance to your campaign. There is simply only 1 of me and over 500 clients. Literally my daily support went from 5-10 inquires to 50+ a day. We've hired 3 more employees and implemented a support ticket system just to take care of this problem and speed things up yet people are still unhappy.

Give me a break, building ANY links whatsoever to your site is against google webmaster guidelines. You couldn't possibly think using a service on Blackhat World could possibly be immune to all future google updates.

But as you said in support you didn't build anything for me I am still in queue so you didn't paid anything for building links for me. Right ok, you say this but you have lied to me during the campaign as well. You said to customers throughout this post that they should be able to see all their links in ahrefs. I said I checked through ahrefs and you said ahrefs would never be able to reveal all the backlinks. The whole point of a premium service like ahrefs is to show all the indexed links. And my anchors were never changed anyway so i retract that statement. Fair enough its just one of you but you say over 500 clients, well lets do some basic maths. 500x average profit of lets say $100 per client per month. If im correct thats $50000 a month. I dont make even half that amount through im yet even I have 2 workers. Surely you shouldve had a contingency if youre making so much profit. The skype conversation can be revealed here with you guys about me asking questions with no response and also submitting tickets. Im not annoyed about losing my money, even though bare in mind I only paid for this months service 6 days ago and ive had to have them removed with no refund. What im annoyed about is the level of service provided, you should have hired someone more even when you started to generate $10000 a month to help with enquiries. And I never said I didnt know about the consequences so dont quote me generic bamble. For me they was fair and even there was little problem, all is sorted now. I believe this is only mater of time for reorganization and they come back more powerful.

Just to let others know, Ahrefs, although being a pretty big and well known backlink analysis tool, will never be able to show up 100% of the links a site may have - this just isn't possible.

And all current clients.. they are being put on queue for the new, improved, english links. We're done with russian for good reasons and it's safer for us in the long term. More details to follow very soon in about a week.

Like I said above mate, it wasn't just our network that got hit. A quick search on the other big service sellers will show you. If you want send me a PM and I can show you. I won't deny here that we did not get hit - yes, a portion of our clients did lose their rankings and this is the game we play when using these links.

Myself and d3t0x are working extremely hard on getting the service relaunched. We have already done the "main" improvements and now we're just checking over things and adding the finishing touches. Will the new service / upgrade be better/safer? Yes it will. Will it be the same price? Yes it will. Will it be immune to all of Google's updates for the next 50 years? No, it simply won't. We cannot control what Google does although we'd like to.

All current subscribers who currently stick with us will be upgraded for FREE and locked in at the current price. Any new clients who decide to purchase now will also be on queue for the new links. Let me just mention again - we aren't going to be using Russian links anymore. I hope everyone here understands our point of view, and how hard we are working to get things back up and running, whilst making sure the new launch is better and stronger.
