There is an extremly simple solution.Create an (offshore) company with nominee director and create a bankaccount based on your company name (no personal name) so you can create a new legit adsense account.

Simple, kind of, but you need to know a lot of things. Cheap, no.

I mix both adsense and yahoo ads on my sites and its going great

Yahoo ads (Yahoo/Bing network) will only accept HIGH TRAFFIC. Millions of page views per month is not enough.

I got banned a few times without any warnings as well so I believe you.
Big G just doesn't care and they're really difficult to contact.

But with that kind of money ($49,000) I'd sure as hell try to get this resolved.

Definitely go down the CPA road. its much harder in my experience - takes a lot more research, A/B testing etc. But its much more profitable when you get it right.

I've only ever done CPA with FB viral scripts so i dont really know how to use CPA as display ads on my site lol

too much money you must have done something wrong i also tried once to get fake traffic i made 35$ a day and i was so curious but after a week adsense block my account and now i am making more than 30$ per day with real traffic and i got my first adsense payment happy with adsense never tried other affiliates
Try infolinks i am using infolinks on one of my website with only 500 visits per day and i am making near about 1$ per day without working

Whew what a big sum of money to lose. Have you tried other networks that offer contextual ads? Also, maybe recreate the "google" look with CPA links. If the big G was paying you almost 18k a month, you can probably get the same or more with leads. What a rough spot to be in.

I got lucky on FB with some fan pages. I now i have like 4 mil FB users to post to but the ad companies i am trying are just not good enough. Im sure ill find a way. Google adsense was boss for me for over a year. Now its just time to move on and see where my road takes me.

Sorry to hear about your loss OP but try to find other networks to monetize with. Google enjoys doing this because it just adds more
free money to the war machine.
