Built to many .com backlinks - now gone from my local serp

So I did the mistake by building to many .com english links for my non English website, so my site used to show on the second page for a local term. Now it's gone from all the SERP (of my country) and shows up in the .com and co.uk google serp. Can I make it show up again in my country SERP?

You can do it by making backlinks on your niche language sites. Check backlinks of your competitors and make links on those sites if compatible with your business.

try to have local citations and more backlinks on your language and tld. Some .com domains contains your language too, try to get links from those website.
