this fan pages are pretty small for this type of traffic, I have 3 millions fans from south america, but you can still doing pretty good
My method:
Create a website with fun news (bloopers, videos, use a lot of woman)
Use an auto poster to facebook, 10 minutes some funny photo, after minutes the image with a great description to see the video
automate with the auto poster, and send traffic from the fan page to the blog day and night
