Highest EPC Content Locking Networks?

What content locking CPA networks are you guys having the highest epc's with? So far I've heard adcendmedia, and adworkmedia are decent, but what do you guys prefer

AdworkMedia is the best.

Blamads does not exist any more, and leadbolt is only for mobile ads, so not an incentive cpa network any more.
