Drip feed option is good and safe for any videos. for better results spread it as 5k - 10k per day.

yes, you can monetize your video, but for safer side mix it with regular views to dilute the ctr.

This is bit difficult, as for old videos along with views some engagement will do the trick. The engagement here i mean comment rating and comments to rank the video.

yes, you can enable it back. But wait for one more day because we do over deliver sometimes , so its always best to wait one more day after we deliver our views.
