Nothing is free in the world although there are some that will die out very very quickly. Get a paid bot its really worth it. I can suggest you one paid bot.

That bot does really work well, a lot better than any other in the same price range. You can find the pro version for $59 if you search for the ubot thread made for that bot.

Youlikehits is pretty popular. If you don't have time, outsource someone to do that. The price is not really high, though. You can DIY, if you want to save more budget.

I like per video sounds really weird. I would assign a minimum of 50 likes per video if I were you. Anyway, there aren't any more free BOTs that do that but you could try and hire a cutom BOT coder to do that. You can try either tompots or fatboy.
