best remote method for tools ?

Hi guys,
I my cousin got a nice PC in his house and he doesn't thouch him , so he accept me to make his pc kind of a server for me .
I want to run a software like GSA , scrapebox etc in this PC but from home .
What is the best method to remote his computer from mine , please if someone can explain me how to do that .

it's possible you can do a run via Remote desktop builtin in Windows and must use Private proxies to run SEO tools otherwise he could get WARNING from ISP

my suggestion Team Viewer or UltraVNC or logmein...if you using windows you can using Windows Remote Desktop..

yes I thought about software but its a bad idea if I want to do a restart to the computer , how I do this windows Remote Desktop?

thanks man but this is not my point , my point is that if you restart the computer you can't to remote after the restart cuz you need to open the software before you remote

Of course you can't remote again, but maybe you can set up the auto load on the startup the remote service requested ... for teamviewer you can set up the password to remain the same - so you may be able to reconnect after the restart of the remote machine
