I have two paypal accounts. One is from Malaysia and one is from Russia. Both got limited. The one from malaysia, I got that from you.. Can you provide docs for those?

Hey secondeye, I'm from Pakistan and my paypal account status is "verified" but it's limited and can't send/receive money. It has $76 locked in it and i can give you $30 if you can unlock it. It just requires a utility bill for the proof of address, can you help ?

Hi Secondeye,
I live and work in Australia, I use my spare time to sell some different small things on Ebay,
And I opened my first stealth acc to increase the sell, however, got struggling submitting the ID to paypal to lift the restriction.
I first photoshopped my passport and submitted in, but it failed, they requested me to send some other IDs like proof of age card to verify, because they could not approve my passport as it is not able to be approved electronically.
I have also send you all the details to your email with the information I want on the fake ID. Just before you make it, can I ask if you have handled any Australian cases before, is that fake passport hard to get through and then drivers license/ proof of age cards are fine?? And how soon can you make the fake ID ready?
After you finish the job, can you please send me the scan version before you send the hard copy to me, just want to submit to paypal first, cuz can't wait any more. expecting to be lifted with the limit.
